Genuine question here; why is e-Lyte so highly regarded? Based off the nutrition data it’s pretty subpar in electrolytes… is there something I’m missing here?
Per my post above: The E-Lyte I added when I was working with AJ a few year back then re-added it when I started with him again last month.
I also used about 2-3 packets of LMNT spread throughout the day.
