I prefer only something that helps with hydration. There are those little Electrolyte packets on Amazon, just throw em in water and drink it.
per packet:
5 gr Carbs
150 mg Kalium
410 mg Chlorid
60 mg Magnesium
1 gr Salt
I add 2-3 gr of Taurin when I'm on a blast, especially orals.
I drink 2-4 of those per workout, with additional cold water in a different bottle. Really just helping with hydration, without my stomach killing me.
My "Intra fuel" comes from my meals before I workout
