Sorry ass pathetic lifting today. Canvas suit is back at inzer's being rebuilt. I put on an old suit and the whole setup and groove is different.

sq 475x2/2 depth was pathetic went down to 405x3 to get some full squats in

we added the bands after doing the Mikesell seminar, these really taxed the lower back

Got my new Sarden rack, had to relearn all the pin positions for the hooks and safety pins. Taller and wider rack, can't wait for squat day!!!
