Straight into the muscle, towards the centre of the muscle, so I assume you could say at an angle.

ughhhhh! Im so nervous about doing this cause i have never injected anything into my calves I dont want to fuck up! But i cant wait to see the results I get my stuff in about a week or so ill keep you posted and let you know how it goes. thanks
