Lat Injections

Wow did my first lat injection yesterday 2 cc of ICN. No pain whatsoever think I will use the lats more often. Have to get a little help with them but definately worth it. MM

OUCH, OUCH ouch, I stick with delts, bi's, thighs, and glutes.

I have done it in my lats also, gets kinda sore and people thing I have imaginary lat syndrome. I would just place my left arm on my right shoulder and then jab about 3/4 of the whey down on my lat. It never hurts but it gets sore sometimes and a bit ithy. mm32 how did you do it??

It's done easily by someone else. Ive had someone do them for me.
