Does anyone have any suggestions on opening up the lat spread pose.
Whenever I try to do it my trainer keeps insisting I open my back up and then when I try he says not to pull my arms forward, well I really don't know how to do it.
Are there any exercises or stretches for my back or scapulae that can help.
