I am starting to train on the three sets theory after suffering through the 18-21 set, mind set, too long. Getting ready for my last show I partially tore my left bicep and had other joint issues. Do you guys ever add in deadlifts on the Chest, Back, Shoulder day? I posted a couple of pics in the member section to give you an idea of my thickness needs. Any help would be greatly appreciated and Phil could you send me your information rates on training people for shows.
