LBA Question

Whats the hottest LBA can get without degrading the protein. Can you use for cooking etc. to certain temps?

I wanted to also add some chocolate LBA to my hot coffee for a ChocoLaté

I'd just pm Dante or send TP an email. I wouldn't expose it to any temperature other than room temperature, but then again I take eggs raw and steak rare, so.

What do you mean degrading? Denature? If it was denatured it does not mean that it is useless....its just fine still, no problem.

Your right technically a miss use of words... to be more clear

I meant can excessive heat destroy micro-fractions or alter an amino acids profile within a protein and to what extent can protein be exposed to heat and what type of heat before this would happen.

probably not hot coffee......especially if you drink it within a reasonable amount of time.
