Is there a recommended serving size, ie. is it better to take less more often or it doesn't matter. Is 4 tablespoons at one time ok, or would it be better to split it into 2 each, 1 each?
I've read somewhere that with pure amino acids the less at any given time is better - something to do with a rebound after the aminos are absorbed (I think had something to do with absorption rates).
