I'm not taking credit for it as I'm sure that I read it on here from someone else before, but I just tried it and it's great.
For those that do use a little soy in your diet for variety, I just took some Continental Light Soy Milk (1 cup), and mixed 3 tbsp of chocolate LBA's into it.
It was like drinking chocolate milk made with Hershey's syrup. This stuff is great. The Soy Milk only has 2 grams of sugar, 2 grams of carbs, and 6 grams of protein per cup.
