I might have to buy some of this just to see what it tastes like.

That’s the stuff, add it to bacon sandwiches or sausage sandwiches or as mentioned above “big English breakfast” bacon, sausage, fried eggs, hash brown, beans, tined tomatoes, black pudding (if you like) and a side of 3/4 white toast smothered in marg or butter, ultimate cheat meal here in the uk, we literally have 1000s of places called “caffys” that only sell this in my city

that idk, never seen/tried it. just look at the back and if it has sugar in it, then it has sugar in it lol

I just do a tablespoon of husk in some crystal light. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and turns to a sludge. Quite filling.

hmm, interesting. the taste of psyllium husk is revolting so i cant see myself eating by the spoonfull like a protein sludge lol. does the crystal light cover up the taste pretty good?
