I know genetics genetics.........

But I was wondering..


My legs and ass need some shock therapy to get bigger. One dude told me to do my leg work three times a week for three weeks to get my ass and legs up a notch. As for calves, he mentioned every day work.

What can I do to get a ghetto booty and legs like kegs?

start upping the squat and dead numbers. as those go up, so will the quad and ham size. also, the added pressure on the calves will cause them to grow. you might want to look into do dc style calves as well.
 
This is my leg workout!

Squats
Leg Press
Hack Squats
Leg Extension
Lying Leg Curls
Standing Calf raise
Seated Calf

I always do my calves workout first then I do my legs !

Try that leg workout ! Shock and Awe mate ! i have a sore legs and ass for a week !!

If you are INCREDIBLY weak, more work will help
If you are a real bber, and you are training with slag heavy Iron more is RARELY the right answer.

I didn't gather from the post that he was lifting slag...
 
i used to do calves every day, i had a training parnter who was always 20 minutes late and I'd do calves while i waited for him(and for my ECA to kick in) and i saw great results, got some veins and I could dunk a basketball within a few months of this, i should do that again......
 
I got shot in the ass with a tazer once as a joke and shocked it pretty good , all the way to the ground for a 5 sec ride.

I've always done squats ass to the calves deep and my stance is kinda narrow , the outside of my feet is about as wide as my shoulders maybe a little bit wider but not much , toes pointed mostly strait forward. I've had a "ghetto booty" since I started training and several older guys say that the squat style is the key.
 
Throw on a school back pack with the double straps. Fill it with rocks. Put it on and strap it in. Now start climbing up the side of a steep hill. Your core and entire lower body will be on fire at the end. Or walk up and down the bleachers at your local school. No need in running because this is about strength and power and not speed and agility. The slower you walk up the bleachers the more brutal the leg workout. Good luck.
