Lunges. I'll go heavier next time. It's great because there is a rack where I can take the bar right out and start walking in a free area with no risk of injury to my pec.

258 after I ate breakfast. The 45-60 minutes of incline walking I do everyday has really cut me down fast. I was 265 on the dot. I feel a lot better now that I'm doing cardio everyday though.

Just curious what are the settings on the incline treadmill (speed/incline)

The reason I ask about the settings is I have plantar faciatis in the left foot, and out of the cardio equipment (bike, eliptical, treadmill) it seems to bother me most on the treadmill.............

I'll go steady at 2.5-3.0mph at 8 degrees. Sometimes when I get that cardio high after 30 minutes, I'll start screwing around with 15 degree inclines at 3.0+ in intervals.

It's enough to keep me sweating my balls off without too much wear on my legs.

It was a complete tear of the pec tendon. Had the surgery 5 weeks ago. This is my 4th leg workout since I've had the surgery. :)
 
AWESOME!!!! Nice videos Dave. Love the way you go all the way down on the hack machine. I see soooooo many idiots in my gym that load the hell out of that machine and then move it about 6".
 
Dave didnt you say you tore your pec by doing RGBP? Dante said you were the first person he had ever heard of tearing a pec doing RGBP. Just wondering your thoughts on how this occurred? Did you have bad form or was it just a fluke thing?
