I just start squatting again last week, after a full year off. Today was the second workout doing them - first I did my normal biceps, forearms, calves, hams, and adductors, then I worked up in sets of 5 on squats:
135 x 5
225 x 2 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5
405 x 5
425 x 5
455 x 8
these were done with knee sleeves, not tight knee wraps.
here are the last two sets:

then a backoff set on the Power Squat (should have gone lighter but heck that was only 100 pounds...):

weight was 234 this morning
