Bodyweight was 195.4 this morning, 6 days out of the NPC Michigan.

Water and sodium are both still very high.

The toughest was 1 high, 2 medium, and 4 low days per week. I did that for a couple week at about 5 or 6 weeks out. Cardio during those weeks was 9 hours total (per week). The rotation and cardio has been much more lax since then though.

So far, so good - thanks for asking. I'm just starting to dry out a bit, and carb up. Looking forward to getting onstage in 3 more days.
