My leg workouts this year paticular have been amazing with the dc style methods and stretching. But I am at crossroads, My strength is depleting fast for whatever reason. My squat has dropped significantly and my strength is depleting everywhere on my leg routine. Any suggestions?

REST. Take an extra day or two off this week.

do this, if that doesnt help try to replace squatting with a different quad lift for a while
