I AM HAVEING MY KNEE SCOPED TOMARROW AT 9AM. I WAS WONDERING THE BEST AND QUICKEST WAY TO GET MY WHEELS BACK. I WAS THINKING ABOUT NOT DOING ANY UPPER BODY FOR LIKE 12 WEEKS AND JUST DOING LEGS. ONCE EVERY 5 DAYS. THEY ARE GOING TO NEED TO CATCH UP TO MY UPPER BODY.
