I AM HAVEING MY KNEE SCOPED TOMARROW AT 9AM. I WAS WONDERING THE BEST AND QUICKEST WAY TO GET MY WHEELS BACK. I WAS THINKING ABOUT NOT DOING ANY UPPER BODY FOR LIKE 12 WEEKS AND JUST DOING LEGS. ONCE EVERY 5 DAYS. THEY ARE GOING TO NEED TO CATCH UP TO MY UPPER BODY.
 
DEPENDING ON WHAT PROCEDURE YOU ARE HAVING DONE. I HAD A MENISCUS REPAIRED AND WAS TRAINING LEGS 5 DAYS AFTER LIGHT AND TWO WEEKS LATER FULL BORE...THERE WAS STILL SOME SWELLING BUT NOTHING YOU COULD NOT WORK AROUNMD. PERSONALLY I WOULD NEVER STOP WORKING THE UPPER BODY....JUST GIVE THE LEGS TIME....YOU HAVE A GOOD UPPER BODY AND MIGHT AS WELL KEEP IT GOOD.. JUST GIVE LEGS A "PRIORITY DAY" AND A "TOUCH UP" DAY... SEE HOW THAT WORKS...KEEP US POSTED.
