Recently finished prep for a contest over the summer. This prep made me realize I need to work on ways to bring in that last little bit of conditioning. Glutes were in but could have been a little tighter.
I know appetite has and always will be a topic for prep but I feel like mine is excessive and need to find some way to bring it down. Not sure if it's leptin related but just wondering if anyone has had success wth controlling what I would consider to be an abnormally high appetite.
Was taking about 80mg adderall and 75mg phentermine daily for about the last month into the show and would like to find a way around things like that for longevity sake but even with both of those I would spend at least 50% of my day fighting ghrp6-like hunger of "I feel like I'm going to go hypo and die" feelings.
No exogenous insulin use, was running 1000mg test, 700mg tren and orals- test got dropped going into the show. Was supplementing lots of fiber and doing several pounds of veggies per day (green beans, onions, peppers are the ones that don't tear my stomach up like broccoli).
Love competing but not sure I can keep it up with 6-8 weeks of prep feeling like I shot an entire vial of ghrp every day.
And yes- I won the show, about 500 competitors total, so no I'm not a fatass that has no self control lol.
