Hey big guy I just wanted to say thank you for having my back over at musclemayhem. I never got the chance to say it as I was going at it.

Things have cleared up but you are a true cool brotha. Plus I can always count on getting the honest truth on what I look like. Vander is not going to beat around the bush ( which I love).

In any event, I hope you had a good New Year and I'm looking to see more pictures of you. Also I have to get that MuscleMag so I can check the lay out.

to follow up, I saw Vanders layout in the musclemag when I went to Barnes and Noble- He looked excellent, I didnt read the article but I saw him and it was pretty awesome- Good job man, and I hope you keep doing well in the industry , it was pretty cool to see someone from the boards on a big layout

Fighting is never the right way to solve a danm thing , a man only fights to protect the ones he loves or for a great cause , everbody wants to cast stones cause they werent in your shoes , its alot easier to just join them but im just not like that i stand up for what i beleive in no matter what . thats all over with put it behind you and get training bro i wanna see you on stage at at least 255 peeled .
