Lethargy and "Foggy Headed" question

I wanted to know what you guys may think about the cause of this.

I have always ran more "acceptable doses" but decided to bump up things higher than usual at the end of this cycle. I total cycle was around 16 weeks and the high dose I cut off after 6 weeks. Would this be reason to cause extreme fatigue and "foggy headedness?" About 2 weeks into the higher doses this crap started and I woke up feeling unrested and basically dumb all day. I stopped and actually just went into cruise mode and returned to my TRT of 100mg/ew.

I had blood work done and outside of high free test (53) everything else was normal.

Thoughts?

I get like this when my Test levels are low not the other way around.

No mention of Estrogen control

Are you doing anything to control the cursed E2 levels? High E levels will cause the symptoms you mentioned.

Adex, aromisin, etc?

As test levels rise some will undoubtedly aromatase into estrogen. You mention you are already on TRT, is this self medicated or prescribed?

I have noticed a pattern that people who need and are on TRT are more susceptible to be sensitive to E2 levels than those who do not need TRT.

I personally have to use much more Adex than most to control my E2 when I up my dose from my standard HRT protocol.

I was running arimidex at .25mg/EOD during the cycle. I ran out around the time I started running the higher doses. I was thinking estrogen levels as well. When my hormone panel was pulled, assuming they actually pulled estrogen levels (which i asked for), the doctor only mentioned test levels being high and nothing about estrogen. I got some arimidex in two days ago and started running it, hopefully that will make a difference.

I am on prescribed TRT and have been on for about a year now.

Yes, I have to or my E2 levels will climb and make it (TRT) useless.

I suspect not having an AI when you increased your dosage was the main culprit for you.

By the way...

On a side note you should make it a standard practice of yours to get copies of ALL blood work you have done any time you get it drawn. They will give it to you no problem.
