Lettuce Question

I know that lettuce is virtually calorieless (sp?), and is made up of mostly water... If im hungry at night will eating a bowl of lettuce have any negative impacts on what my body goes through overnight... for instance if i go to bed at 11... i have casein+water around 10:40, then go to bed... If i where to have a bowl of lettuce around 10 or 1015 would i be doing any damage to myself... Im pretty much running maintnance calories, but im on test and tren so im leaning out nicely and want to keep it going.

Personally i wouldnt think there would be any harm at all. DOnt think of greens as calories or carbs but think of them as fiber.
 
why would you not want to give your body protein?
if you are hungry maybe your body wants to build muscle?
prepped for a show and if i was hungry at 2am i would eat protein carbs and fats within my macro ratio allowance and got lean as hell. look at the day as a continuam. whether awake or sleeping protein builds musce. muscle get you leaner by raising metabolism. don't be afraid to eat protein at night. i ate carbs and protein and still got lean as hell.

Celery is excellent before bed....Yeah it tastes like shit, but it really "scrapes" the bad stuff off of your intestins.

feel bad about starving your body. 50gms of protein... i dont care who you are or what kind of protein you are ingesting but 50gms is good for 2-4 hours TOPS then you SHOULD be hungry.
i eat whenever i am hungry. got that idea from Phil Hernon. and he is correct. the body is not a robot it is continually growing and needing food and nutrients.
let your body/hunger dictate when you need to eat. if you are eating correctly you should be hungry every 2-4 hours whether asleep or awake. EAT. i am telling you bro, from experience i was just like you scared to eat late then i did it and i was bigger and leaner for it IMO. your body is hungry feed it.

i take in protein right before i go to bed and again around 1:eek:o - 2:00.....this allows me to make it through the night......i feel like if i allow my body to be starved during the night im missing an opportunity to grow.....
