I know that lettuce is virtually calorieless (sp?), and is made up of mostly water... If im hungry at night will eating a bowl of lettuce have any negative impacts on what my body goes through overnight... for instance if i go to bed at 11... i have casein+water around 10:40, then go to bed... If i where to have a bowl of lettuce around 10 or 1015 would i be doing any damage to myself... Im pretty much running maintnance calories, but im on test and tren so im leaning out nicely and want to keep it going.
