So hes been lifting for about 6 months straight after his meniscus was repaired and rehab was done. We slowly worked into it and hes doin great. He had a goal of 405 before the season started (2 days after this vid) and he goes... "well this is my last chance to get it im getting it". He had previously tried last 2 workouts and didnt come close (did 365x2-3 i believe those workouts). Everyone in the gym wants to know what hes on because he got alot bigger and trains really hard. They dont want to believe its all food, hard training, and whey protein. He gets his shake in PWO then 2 good protein meals after without fail..protein shake for breakfast.. then whatever he wants all day. Damn proud of him.......last video was a partial dead, this ones from the ground! 15yrs old 160lbs, turns 16 end of Jan.
