where is the best place to buy them as I have herd pounding down 50g of protein with them is no problem..

i get em at BJ wholesale club, 16$ a gallon, they come in 16 oz cartons and 8$ for 4 of em, works out to about half the price ive been paying from eqqwhite internatil.

Are they the same as the Egg White INT. though? They mix and taste as well? I fell in love with those but now gas is approaching $4 a gallon that 'half price' caught my attention.

as far as i can see , they are the same, there pasturized , taste the same same amount of protein per gram, at half the price, ive been using them for the past 4 months and havent noticed any difference. nutritional info was all the same also. i usually got 4 gallons at a time from EggWhit int, that was 132$ shipped, and took a week to get, then i saw them at the BJ's and busted out the calculator and came out to 64$ for the same 4 gallons, i was pissed to since i just placed an order from EWI.

now if i could just find Phils LBA's at Bj's ( for half price) id be all set.

go to bjs.com looks like their only on the east coast, but im sure there are other palces like sams club or another wholesale place that carries it, if not i guess youll have to breakdown and get em at the grocery store, i think they were like 1 quart for 5.00$ so it would be 20$ a gallon, still cheaper, 80$ for 4 gallon.

That's an important question because most of you should know that raw eggs are not very bioavailable and should be cooked to get the full protein nutrient benefit.

I always wondered about this. All these new pasturized egg whites available, seem to promo them as good to mix in shakes, safe and effective. I've been using about 2 cups a day without cooking, no ill effects, but I'm wondering if I am actually utilizing the protein in it.

WHOA so now its proven that liquid egg whites from compaines like lana and eggwhitesintl are not digesting in humans? Isnt that false adversisment. I was just about to order some but this would suck if its just a waste. I have noticed I've had the worst farts in my life about 6-8hrs after I has 8oz of eggwhitesinternational. I mean it was aweful. The worst i've ever had. Completely went away the day I stopped having them. I wonder if it was a digestive issue? Maybe good idea to use digestive enzymes with them?

The conclusion was that they are not very digestable and should be poached as the best way of consumption.

These links are for raw vs cooked. Egg whites from Lana's and the grocery store such as All Whites are all pasturized products. The heating process in pasturization breaks down the biotin in the egg white and makes the egg whites completely digestable as well as safe from salmonella. I've been using All Whites for over 2 years and have had no problems. I've also gone from 210lbs to 240lbs in this time, so from my own personal anetidotal evidence I believe I'm getting some nutritional value out of them. :)
 
Hmm, I've been doing ok on the pasturized egg whites too. I'm still wondering what the bottom line is though.

I read over those links, thanks for those bro, but I think it's still up in the air, they are talking about raw eggs. I'm going to try to do some more research on it.

As for stomach pains, gas, etc, I didn't really see any of those problems, I usually have 2 cups total which is 50grams of protein, I seperate it into two servings mixed with whey.
