Cooked egg whites have better protein bioavailability. The "dont cook eggs" mantra comes from the fats being affected ONLY WHEN cooked at very high heat or fr extended periods of time IIRC.... Sunny side up if you're really that concerned.
Eggs are not going to increase your HGH production... Come on.
Also, you tend to make a lot of generalizations about nutrition and state them as "fact" when you dont seem to know much about nutrition at all.
