Theoretically, might be able to wrap them in a warm towel, and shake them once they thaw ..if they were to go back into solution they might be ok. If they do not reconstitute, they would be ruined..
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't most liquid research chems dissolved in pga? Therefore it couldn't freeze? Did this actually happen to "someone you know" or are you just asking hypothetically?

they are still perfectly fine,if liquid orals get cold they will harden up,all u have to do is add some heat.if the bottle is glass I just turn on the burner on the stove and set the whole bottle on it for about 30 seconds and it goes right back into solution.if it's plastic just run some hot water over the bottle.
my friend said he put them inthe sink in hot water untill there were liquid again.
He then held them up to the light and could not see particles or any sort of setiment so hes sure there fine!
