liquid vs. tablet

For my PCT, I will use Nolvadex and Clomid. One of the sponsors has both of these in liquid form:

LiquiNolva (30ml @ 25mg/ml)
LiquiClom (30ml @ 50mg/ml)

What is the conversion between a tablet and liquid with this PCT? Additionally, this will help me know how much to order.

wk 13 - 40mg nolva ed + 100mg clomid ed
wk 14 - 30mg nolva ed + 50mg clomid ed
wk 15 - 20mg nolva ed + 50mg clomid ed

nolva will be
wk1 280 total mg
wk2 210 total mg
wk3 140 total mg
630 total

clomid
700 first week
350 each other week
1400 total

1bottle of liquid nolve holds 750 mg of total product
1bottle of liquid clomid hiolds 1500 total mg.

You will need 2 bottles of liquid nolve and 1 bottle of liquid clomid. Now if you get pills that should be easy to figure out, just see what mg each pill is and order as much as you need. Hope this helps.
