For the first time in my area, the local news media did a positive promo on hormone replacement therapy. (my area is somewhere in North America)
The news promo was basically sponsored by a pharmacy company. It talked about how mostly women utilized their products and how they helped.
Then I nearly choked on my dinner when they said that men could benefit from TRT, but they don't have nearly as many men utilizing their products. They listed all the signs/symptoms of low test in men and then encouraged men to consult with their primary care doctor for an exam and script for TRT.
I live in an area of about 500,000 people. It's the first local news promo I've seen that even mentions TRT.
The pharmacy company was the center of the news story, and how their products are helping us as we age.
I can only hope for the days when the TRT commercial become as common place as the viva-viagra commercials.
