I am 18 and relativly new to lifting (8 months). When I started lifting my number were VERY low adn since then have gone up considerably. The thing is after reading alot on this i site I have found that there is ALOT of information that I do not know and I am just looking to find a good lifting plan.
If anyone has any plans they think would work, or even advice, about lifting, deit, supplements (nothing more than basic protein/creatine stuff for now) I would really apprectiate it.
Right now I am at about 5'11, 168 (going to 160) If you need max's to make a plan i can get them or just give %'s
But for basics like bench I can Flat 215, Decline 225, and Incline 185
