looking for salmon recipes

This is how I do my salmon... my ex-wife taught me and i'm addicted to it, won't eat it any other way but raw... Baked, you put the salmon in the tray like this under foil, then you pour lots of lemon juice over it... a ton, where you have about 1/4" on the foil... then pour salt on the salmon... you put the rack near the top and pre-heat the oven to broil... then you broil the salmon directly under the burners on the oven for about 15 minutes...

see how nice that looks? crispy on the outside, soft, sometimes pink, slightly raw on the inside, depending on heating times and thickness of the salmon... My wife used to make it a lot better than me, but still very good, never gotten sick of it like this in over 7 years now...

Mango sauce, brown rice, alives, avacado paste with roasted garlic and chopped mango slices in between the salmon

Looks good. I just pan sear it with salt and pepper and lots of lime juice. I'll have to try broiling it.

When I'm motivated I slather mine with butter, olive oil, crushed garlic, cilantro, parsley, basil, mint, crushed sea salt and squeezed lemon juice. Leave out the butter if you want to be clean.

I found this blackened salmon at Sam's Club, it's freaking amazing bro. It 6 pieces individualized wrapped. The best salmon I have ever eating. And I don't really like salmon but I can eat this everyday.

That salmon looks delicious just the way it sits there though the final results doesn't look so bad either.
