Messed up my left elbow last weekend squatting. Training has been going extremely well the last few months so this sucks. I'm headed to the doc on monday to have it looked at.

It didn't really bother me until last tuesday when I benched heavy. I should've stopped at 495 but instead I went to 585 and then 675. The 675 got about half way down and I had my partners take it. I can't extend my left arm all the way. There isn't much pain unless I force an extension.
