What really helped me lose a ton of abdominal fat this year was very simple.I dropped simple sugars from juice, fruits etc and any and all white breads.I stayed with pita or rye.No cardio at all and I maintained my upper body mass and lost close to 30 lbs.I lost fat everywhere,but the most noticeable was from the gut.
Keep test and tren in your system,protein very high,and you are good to go.This is coming from a person who has always had a problem losing fat.I finally figured out a simple way of doing it.
