I started a new job just over 3 weeks ago. It is graveyard at a local gym. I am on 750mg test e and 750mg eq weekly and I eat around 3500 calories daily and for some reason, I am losing muscle. I'm by no means over training either. The only difference is that now I get about 6-8 hours of sleep but it is broken up into 4 hours, 2 hours, 1-2 hours. Could this broken sleep make that much of a difference on my muscle mass? If so, what can I do about it? Would Melatonin help put me in REM sleep faster so the sleep is better quality? I need help.
