Losing Muscle

I started a new job just over 3 weeks ago. It is graveyard at a local gym. I am on 750mg test e and 750mg eq weekly and I eat around 3500 calories daily and for some reason, I am losing muscle. I'm by no means over training either. The only difference is that now I get about 6-8 hours of sleep but it is broken up into 4 hours, 2 hours, 1-2 hours. Could this broken sleep make that much of a difference on my muscle mass? If so, what can I do about it? Would Melatonin help put me in REM sleep faster so the sleep is better quality? I need help.

WhaTS your stats? The bigger you get the more food you need. You may have become too big to grow on 35000 calories. AAS is not magical.
 
I worked 3rd shift for four years and it plays hell with the body. We all were aging faster than most folks. The proof was in our company hiring day photos.
 
I think you pinpointed your own problem which is an extreme change in lifestyle as you are now working when you should be sleeping. Your eating and training must have also changed. I would not be so alarmed as you are going thru an adjustment time in your life. Once you get into the new routine you should grow again, but also as was said 3500 calories may not be enough to grow.
 
thanks for all the replies. I just turned 40. I am 5' 11" at 11% BF and weigh 220 dry. It's funny how all these changes seemed to happen literally the day after I turned 40. Just a coincidence though. So, do you think that getting more REM sleep during the first bout of sleep I get would help? It is only 4 hours, even though i get 2 more naps of about 1 1/2 to 2 hours each. The funny thing is I think I may have actually dropped some body fat too. I am eating more around the clock. thanks again everyone.
