A few months back i injured my left bicep & im good to go.I have been back traing for 3 weeks now.I have been using 15 rep sets not training to failure to ease back into it.The last time i trained shoulders i did 75lb d/b presses.I trained shoulders today & grabbed my 40,s to warm up with & could barely get 5 reps on my left side,Close grip bench i struuggled on my left side as well.I am not experiencing any pain at all.Just weakness on my left side.This has never happened before.Anybody else ever have this happen to them?I am going to see a physiotherapist tomorrow @ my doctors request & my chiropractor @ my request tomorrow.Thx in advance for any comments
