So I was going to reply to the two hair loss threads I was linked with oral minoxidil and finasteride and instead of posting in two different threads correcting misinformation and seeing guys desperately trying to regrow their hair and instead of linking my old article which is outdated I decided to just re write a whole new article that I haven't even posted yet anywhere. So those wanting to actually properly regrow their hair without using crappy drugs with side effects and get better results then finasteride and minoxidil which all of my guys who used both report insanely better results and the pictures are proof which I will attach below.

Ignore any writing mistakes as I just wrote this right now and had chatgpt look for any errors but told it not to change the wording as I will have to go over it later. I also left half of the old article at the end.

Also adding please do not pm me guys all the info is here below. Post in the thread please only.

The main factor in balding is poor circulation. Poor circulation is what causes local hormones in the scalp that cause hair loss to be altered. In this case, DHT is raised and estrogen is lowered. Poor circulation causes hypoxia in the tissues due to poor blood flow and then low oxygen levels. Low oxygen levels raise 5-AR, increasing DHT and lowering the aromatase enzyme, which lowers estrogen.
It is proven that all balding men have hypoxia in the scalp and poor circulation compared to non-balding men. Serum hormones essentially do not matter here, and why at best most get a slight halting effect from blocking almost all of their serum DHT is because it is the locally raised DHT that is causing the hair loss. And yes, we produce hormones locally in different tissues.
This is also the main reason minoxidil works by increasing circulation where applied.
So again, it is a proven fact ALL balding men have poor circulation at the scalp, immensely worse compared to controls. It is a proven fact that balding men have raised local DHT levels and not serum. And it is a proven fact that poor circulation/hypoxia seen in balding men causes the DHT to raise locally and estrogen to be lowered.
This explanation also explains why not everyone gets male pattern balding, and not everyone gets male pattern balding from anabolic steroid use. The men with poor circulation to the scalp and hypoxia from it are creating more androgens locally and are more sensitive to androgens locally at those receptor sites.
How many times have you read that balding men are just more sensitive to androgens/DHT than non-balding men was the explanation? Well, this is true, but nobody ever wondered why they are more sensitive. And the scientific explanation is that they are more sensitive due to hypoxia creating more androgens locally and also increasing sensitivity via the production of more androgens, as we know androgens do such.
Further evidence scientifically to this notion is that why is only the top region of the scalp affected in male pattern balding, and why is it a pattern? Well, this was also covered in research when researchers stretched a material over a human skull and showed that there was only tension in the male pattern balding area and not anywhere else on the head. And the most tension was in the areas where men start balding first, the crown and the typical widow's peak, followed by the area connecting the widow's peak to the back and then the center of the skull. The exact fashion a male goes bald.
This further proves the connection between circulation with the sites most prone to tension, cutting off blood flow, seeing worse balding, and then all areas experiencing tension, seeing loss of hair via the tension worsening circulation to those areas, increasing DHT and androgen sensitivity. All while the rest of the human head hair remains untouched due to adequate circulation.
It is also no different than a diabetic who sees hair loss in areas all over the body where circulation gets bad due to diabetes, such as their legs. Where there is poor circulation, hair loss follows due to local hormone alteration. And again, why finasteride doesn't reverse balding in the majority of users and only halts it at best for a few years and then progresses. And why minoxidil works so well at increasing hair growth via increasing circulation and altering local hormones.

**The fix for poor circulation and then hair loss: lifestyle and diet**

To properly fix hair loss and why I have so many great success stories/before and after photos is because I have people fix circulation, actually fixing the root cause. Fixing the root cause of poor circulation requires you to know what is causing the poor circulation in the first place. To summarize, what is causing most people's poor circulation is essentially lifestyle. This includes diet, movement (or lack thereof), posture, and any possible lifestyle habits they might be doing that impair circulation, such as smoking.
For the most part, most people's issues are diet and posture, with sometimes lack of movement. In the fitness community, generally, lack of movement isn't a big factor, of course.
Starting with diet, most people, including those in the fitness community, have an absolutely horrible diet. They think they are eating healthy, but they really have no idea what healthy eating is. Example: chicken and rice is healthy to them.
The issue with above such diets is the body needs adequate nutrients of well... every nutrient for proper circulation and blood flow. Proper movement of blood via the heart and arteries and proper viscosity of the blood to flow smoothly. One such big nutrient issue is vitamin E in most people's diets. Most do not get anywhere near enough vitamin E and then they deplete it further with food items such as "healthy oils" in their diet, including one such example, fish oils.
Every single gram of a macronutrient that we eat—protein, carbs, and fats—requires very specific amounts of micronutrients to utilize said macronutrient. And when we eat a macronutrient in a processed food form, such as fish oil vs eating the whole fish with all its nutrients, that processed oil, the polyunsaturated fatty acid in the fish oil, will utilize your body's current stores of vitamin E to utilize the PUFA in the fish oil. Then creating a vitamin E deficiency proven in studies.
The importance of vitamin E is that it is the body's natural aspirin, essentially. It "thins" the blood, keeps things moving, and keeps clotting in balance so it flows smoothly, and hence, how it is proven to improve circulation.
So now you see the importance of just one single nutrient out of dozens in circulation and how and why a typical person's "healthy" diet even would worsen the nutrient status of this one nutrient. Now think about all the other nutrients you are lacking and/or depleting. Which, by the way, I wrote on this before: studies also show that from sedentary people, amateur athletes, and professional athletes, 100 percent of them did not meet even 50 percent of over 50 percent of the micronutrient RDA amounts. And in my experience, I've found this to be 100 percent true whenever I work with someone and look over their current diets.

Part 2 below.

ha1.jpg ha2.jpg ha3.jpg ha4.jpg

How to eat to restore hair loss

The diet I suggest, my diet which many call the "camel diet," is essentially a proper whole food diet with none to as little as possible processed food, which isn't just your typical processed sugary drinks and snacks I am referring to, but also things like mentioned above such as "healthy" oils, fish oils, and even things like white rice. Things people normally think of as healthy but are not actually healthy due to being a processed food, which many don't think of things like white rice as a processed food, but it is, since it was originally brown rice with a husk that was then removed to create the now white rice. The issue with this is that the white rice is 30 times, yes 30 times, less nutritious than the brown rice.
The reason white rice is unhealthy as one example (there are multiple reasons), but the main one is that it basically contains almost no micronutrients. The very micronutrients needed for proper circulation and normal bodily functions.
The whole reason micronutrients were discovered was due to white rice as well. When Japanese sailors went away, they were dying or coming back extremely sick, malnourished, and underweight. They then noticed this in prisoners and chicken coops as well. But noticed the chicken coops fed brown rice weren't losing muscle mass and getting sick, and same with certain prisons vs other prisons. And realized the chickens and prisoners being fed brown rice vs white rice was the issue. They then carried out experiments feeding a normal diet to chickens and prisoners, but the only difference for the carb portion of the diets were brown vs white rice. And even with calories matched, the chickens failed to thrive and even lost weight/muscle mass, and the same for the prisoners.
So they realized there must be something vital in the brown husk of rice. And then deemed it a vital nutrient and now a vitamin. Which they then realized at a later point there were multiple vital components and changed it to vitamins.
We cannot utilize a single gram of a macronutrient like protein, carbs, and fats without very specific amounts of each micronutrient. And this is why you'll see many times guys think they require much higher calorie amounts, which don't make sense for their weight. But it is because they are not utilizing that energy. And eating a diet with adequate micronutrients to utilize the macronutrients then gives them the muscle mass they should.

What I suggest people do is utilize a proper dietary app like Cronometer, where you can see for most foods the micronutrients in each and every food. This ensures you are hitting your required micronutrient intake for all bodily processes, such as maintaining adequate circulation.

**How to properly hydrate**
This comes back to my diet suggestion above of eating a whole food diet ensuring you are getting all the micronutrients required which is needed for all bodily processes, which includes maintaining proper hydration via uptake and utilization of fluids and not overhydration, which causes dehydration with excessive plain water intake.
The other major factor to this is the acid load in the body caused via diet. The body at all costs will maintain serum pH within a specific range; otherwise, your heart will stop functioning. But within this range, just like many know in the fitness community, the typical hormone ranges, for example testosterone, are between 200 to 1000ng. 200ng isn't low by medical standards, or even 300 or 400. But it is in the lower range, just not out of range.
The serum pH, when it is in the lower range of the normal range, is still considered metabolic acidosis or low-grade metabolic acidosis. The issue with acidosis is that no matter what, your body cannot and will not be able to maintain proper hydration status when you have acidosis. This then will ensure you will never have proper circulation due to dehydration. Which, if you have understood all the above so far, no amount of water is going to fix this.

**What causes acidosis and how to fix it**
Now, what causes acidosis many people get confused by today and think it's the food itself in its whole food state measurement of its pH. Which isn't true. For example, most fruit will test acidic but gives an alkaline load in the body. What changes the pH in the human body is the mineral load essentially of each food.
Example: salt, namely the chloride portion of salt here, causes an acid load in the body. Whereas calcium and magnesium increase serum pH, giving alkalinity to the blood.
So the way diet and its effects on the body's pH balance is tested is literally via dietary changes, nutrient changes, and testing serum pH and other measurements of mineral balances, losses in urine, etc., of the main minerals and so on. So when someone eats more fruits and vegetables, higher generally in potassium, magnesium, and also bicarbonate, the serum pH raises.
When someone eats high amounts of chloride aka salt, which studies show salt accounts for 50 to 90 percent of the acid load in the typical person's diet, and meats and most all grains, their serum pH lowers.
Now, this does not mean meat and salt intake is bad. It is not, it is beyond healthy and needed. What this is pointing out is the balance needed for overall health and bodily functions. Most people get too much meat or salt intake compared to their alkaline-based foods like fruits and vegetables, which are higher in potassium, magnesium, and usually calcium as well. Which offsets the phosphorus, amino acid, and chloride load of the items mentioned above that give an acid load to the body.
So no matter what, if you are not eating a balanced diet with adequate fruits and vegetables for potassium, magnesium, calcium, and lastly bicarbonate (which basically only fruits and vegetables contain, the bicarbonate that is), you are for sure setting yourself up for being in a low-grade acidosis state. Which everyone I've had tested based on their diet, and I assumed they had low-grade metabolic acidosis, did end up having it. It's very easy to spot.

**Movement, exercise, posture**
Movement and exercise don't overall apply to most in the fitness community, as I said earlier on, but if you are one not in the fitness community, I don't have to tell you how important movement and exercise are for health but also circulation. If you do not move enough, you will have poor circulation, end of story, nothing more to be said here—well-known scientific fact.
Now, that area that will apply to most others here will be the posture portion. Most today have a horrid forward head posture due to working at a desk or due to typical bodybuilding routines most see online with excessive chest work and little back work for the middle-upper back muscles like the lower traps. And also little abdominal work, excessive lower back work, excessive quad work with also little glute and hamstring work in comparison.
The issue with the above is overworking the chest, which then pulls the shoulders and head forward. Little direct lower trap work, which holds the shoulders back, allows the head to creep forward. Then, little abdominal work allows the overly strong quads to pull the pelvis down, which arches the lower back with weak hamstrings and glutes not being able to pull the backside of the pelvis down, which then gives you the typical anterior pelvic tilt, helping your forward head posture go even more forward.
The forward head posture worsens the tension of the scalp over your skull by pulling on it excessively from the back due to sticking your head so far out forward. Of course, the fix for this, without writing a massive guide on it, is to treat your upper-middle back muscles, namely the lower traps, as important as your chest with the workload. Treat your glutes and hams with equal workload as your quads. And treat your abdominals also like any other muscle with adequate direct workload. While also stretching those muscles you've overworked for years.

Now that diet and lifestyle are done, below I will get into the topicals and routine that help force regrowth via multiple topical/local pathways and reverse the damage that's been done via calcification due to poor circulation and hormone alterations locally that basically just speeds everything up.
My suggestions are 100 percent natural with no side effects/systemic side effects, with the only item I suggest that is a hormone or chemical being spironolactone cream, which is 100 percent not needed and basically almost none of my guys who had hair regrowth used this item anyways. But I suggest it because it's proven in studies applied across massive areas of the skin to 100 percent not go systemic, so it can be used safely if one desires.
I do not suggest minoxidil for many reasons, one big one is the issue of collagen breakdown, such as why you see endless users report looking 10 plus years older even applying it topically just to the scalp, but because it is so near the face, it is aging them rapidly.
I do not suggest finasteride because it is silly to block systemic DHT, which is needed for bone health, teeth health, brain health, and much more, all while having little benefit since it is a local hormone issue.
All of my guys who were prior users of finasteride and minoxidil saw little results like most users see online and tried my approach and saw, like you see in the pictures, dramatic results. You will notice most hair loss forums with hundreds of thousands of users, most nobody posts pictures and constantly looking for the next big thing or cure, yet claim finasteride is working great for them. And the very few who do post pictures are still balding with very wispy hair, again still looking for the cure, but because 2 guys out of 200,000 users see results on these items, everyone puts their hopes into them, but clearly the results are not here.

There are a million different products shown with benefits to hair. My suggestions, laid out here, are the result of a meta-analysis of studies on individual compounds and nutrients combined with studies on the root causes of hair loss. Some of the studies are in humans and some in animals, but I based my selection also off the unique benefits that I feel were worth it anyway, and clearly, they work.

Topical supplements:

-Emu oil. 1-2 times a day. One of the only proven items I’ve come across that increases skin and hair DNA synthesis, with studies showing hair regrowth.

-Pumpkin seed oil. 1-2 times a day. Proven to cause hair regrowth in men and blocks dht locally.

-Peppermint oil. 1-2 times a day. Peppermint oil has been shown in studies to be equivalent to minoxidil, without the negative side effects that result in premature aging of the skin.

-Evening Primrose oil or Borage oil. Both shown to cause hair regrowth in studies. Just adding a little more fat topically which is absorbed via the skin. Also useful for GLA’s effect on prostaglandins for halting inflammation, hair loss, and aiding hair regrowth.

-Camphor and Tea Tree oil. 1-2 times a day to 1-2 times a week. Proven ciruclation aid while also proven anti fungal, anti parasite and anti bacterial which balding men have increased pathogens in their scalp such as demodex mites. These items are extremeyl effective in this regards.

-Spironolactone cream. Spironolactone has been shown to restore a 60 year old males hairline to his teenage years hair line that he had lost decades ago. Although we use this item topically, it still has the same benefits locally as it is used for such issues as hair loss and hirsutism topically. However topically it does not go systematic as in studies it has been applied to patients whole backs without going systematic. Spironolactone blocks the binding of androgens to the androgen receptor and helps increase estrogen locally.

Supplements:
-Magnesium.
Ensure magnesium intake is adequate via diet.
I really dislike supplementing magnesium, but in certain circumstances it can’t be avoided. Synthetic forms of minerals and vitamins, in general, tend to behave differently in the body. We can see this in folic acid (B5) supplementation, which has been shown to increase prostate cancer risk by 260% – yet the natural form of B5 (folate) does the exact opposite. See my video or article on synthetic vitamins and cancer risk.
In regards to its role in male-pattern baldness, low magnesium is typically linked to both insulin sensitivity and calcification. Magnesium is needed to maintain systemic insulin sensitivity and transport calcium. Autopsy studies have shown that balding men have calcification of the circulatory tissues in the scalp, whereas non-balding men had none. This is also important for any anabolic steroid user, as steroids increase calcium uptake, which can lead to Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) issues and other heart problems. Increased calcium retention can also lead to brain cell apoptosis.
Vitamin A and Vitamin K2 are also used to combat the calcium uptake that leads to the aforementioned issues, and we will address them below as well.

-Taurine. 2 grams, 3x a day.
Studies have shown that Taurine is able to protect the testicles from steroid induced damage. Taurine also aids thyroid hormone production, and in animal studies was shown to act similar to HCG without the associated estrogen increase.
As an amino acid that’s sensitive to heat, up to 66% of Taurine is destroyed through the process of cooking. As most of us get our protein through cooked meats, this can lead to a shortage. You can survive at this lower Taurine intake, but as this is a “thrive vs survive” scenario, taurine is something I like to supplement for health in almost 100% of cases.
In regards to hair loss, Taurine has been shown to help combat fibrosis of the scalp, thus increasing circulation and hair growth.

-Black Currant Oil, 3g a day.
This is utilized for its Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) content, which has anti-inflammatory properties, the ability to increase hair growth prostaglandins (PGE), and the ability to inhibit hair loss prostaglandins (PGD). These prostaglandins are another contributing factor to hair loss/growth aside from the androgens.
Three items have been shown to decrease GLA – wheat, dairy, and trans fats – through inhibition of an enzyme called D6D. The typical western diet is full of these foods. Inhibition of the D6D enzyme prevents the conversion of Linoleic Acid (LA) into GLA. The inhibition of D6D also happens with age, and is likely one of the key contributors to balding getting worse with age. This is just about the only process that can link balding to aging that has not already been explored.
In taking a GLA supplement, we bypass the enzymatic conversion entirely and have the end product.
Black Currant oil was also shown in animal studies to prevent many of the negatives of excessive fructose intake, such as fatty liver.

-Grapeseed Extract, 500-1000mg a day.
GSE has been shown in animal studies to improve insulin resistance as much as metformin. Studies have also shown GSE to double the number of hairs in the anagen (growth) phase. As far as I am aware, no other compound has been shown to have effects this potent.

-Vitamin E, all 8 forms. Dose dependent on diet.
Vitamin E has multiple hair regrowth and hair loss prevention benefits. Vitamin E deficiency is very common, so this is one vitamin that I really like to ensure people are specifically focusing on getting via food items such as seeds. You can supplement it if necessary, but as always, food is the preferred route of administration.

-B Vitamin Complex.
B vitamins are needed for not just hair growth, but utilization of macronutrients in general. Meeting your Recommended Daily Average (RDA) for the individual B vitamins has a large impact on both bodybuilding and general health. Most get the majority of their B vitamins via meat intake, but many of the B vitamins are destroyed by heat; this makes RAW seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc) a great source. We will dive into this further in the “Fats” section below.
If you’re supplementing this, make sure it comes from a TRUE whole food source. There are a lot of shady companies out there that will feed synthetic B vitamins to yeast cultures and sell the yeast as a “whole food” source of B vitamins. This is obviously not the way we want to go, so make sure you’re using your head when you read supplement labels.

-Vitamin K2.
We spoke about calcium transport above in the Magnesium section – K2 has a slightly different mechanism of action in regards to calcium. It assists with calcium transport via a protein known as Osteocalcin, the synthesis of which is vitamin K dependent. Osteocalcin digests and breaks down hydrated protein/minerals and increases collagen accumulation in bone tissues, and has been shown to reduce calcification in the circulatory system through the same mechanism. As mentioned in the magnesium section above, this is important from a hair loss perspective due to autopsy studies showing calcified scalp tissues. From a general health perspective, this combats increased calcium uptake in steroid users that has been linked to heart disease and brain cell death.
K2 has been shown in studies to not just prevent but reverse heart disease.

-Fats.
A good mixture of monounsaturated (MUFA) and polyunsaturated (PUFA) fats. Sesame oil is a great source, but whole seeds tend to be much better due to the better nutrient profile. Seeds are a fantastic food for getting B vitamins through food, as stated above. Seeds are typically a better choice than nuts for many, as they cause much fewer histamine issues than nuts. Due to salicylate content and FODMAPs (short chain carbohydrates that are usually handled poorly in the human GI tract), nuts can bind up digestion and cause gas in certain individuals.
On the contrary, seeds tend to assist in cultivating a smooth and active digestive tract. Sometimes this addition alone can turn around a severely constipated person with IBS, whereas other fibrous foods would just constipate and slow their digestion down even further.
The MUFA and PUFA fats are needed for multiple reasons here. Not just hair health, but skin health as well. PUFA fats been the victim of severely misguided teachings, leaving them with a bad reputation – but I assure you, PUFA fats are NOT bad for you. Getting them from healthy sources has countless proven health benefits: anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, pro-sleep, pro-thyroid, etc. The benefits of unheated PUFA fats are a very deep topic on their own.
The epidermis of your skin is made of 60 percent Omega-6 PUFA fats. Do not fall for the “Omega-3 must be higher than Omega-6” speech that has no proven benefits and multiple proven detriments. All of the studies linking PUFA fats to health issues look at the typical use for PUFA fats in the western diet: cooking, frying, and otherwise heating the fats. If we are to take the same controlled environment but introduce raw, unheated PUFA fats from seeds and nuts, the studies flip completely. Anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, and all-around health marker improvement is marked.
Another issue found often in the bodybuilding and fitness realm is the “eating too clean” phenomenon. If you were to add up chicken, rice, broccoli, and some olive oil on your favorite diet app, I can guarantee that you’d see that it’s a struggle to reach even 15 percent of RDA requirements for PUFA fats. When this happens, the skin goes dry and wrinkles appear, hair becomes straw like and falls out, etc. Digestive issues ensue, and metabolism slows down. As PUFA fats are shown to increase thyroid hormone sensitivity by almost 20 percent, dieting becomes harder and fat accrual in a calorie surplus becomes far easier. This isn’t even rectifiable with exogenous thyroid hormones – take all the thyroid drugs you want, if your sensitivity isn’t up to par your metabolism will suffer.
Studies have also shown that when consumed in equal quantities, monounsaturated and saturated fats cause fat gain. Saturated fat was shown to cause a decrease in insulin sensitivity as well. PUFA fat, on the other hand, caused barely any fat gain. The majority of weight gained was muscle, insulin sensitivity increased, and abdominal fat thickness decreased.

-Other Foods.
Pineapple is used as a “general health” food with documented anti-inflammatory benefits, contains an enzyme that aids in the digestion of protein, is a fantastic source of vitamins, and is a preferred fruit due to the lower-end fructose content. In regards to hair regrowth, the main benefit is its anti-inflammatory property.

-Massage/Mechanical Manipulation:
Vigorously massage, brush, or pinch your scalp in the balding areas. 1-2 times a day, for whatever time frame you can manage; the longer the better. 3-5 minutes is great, 10 minutes is better. Use as much pressure as possible. Tissue manipulation like this increases circulation and has been proven in studies to aid hair growth. To assist in blood flow further, you can bend over and point your head toward the ground, allowing gravity to assist in delivering blood to the target area.

NOTES:
The important thing here is not to make this a chore. I’ve seen guys regrow full heads of hair without doing all of the things listed above, and have seen other things that I have not mentioned here be effective as well, but this article is designed to be a compilation of the most significant items and techniques. Whatever you choose to do, just don’t make it a chore. Don’t have time for a 10-minute head massage? Don’t do ten minutes. Instead, while you’re at home waiting for your food to cook give yourself a quick two-minute massage. It won’t hinder your day, and it won’t make you want to say “screw this”.
The same goes for the topical treatments. Miss a day? Who cares, in the long run it’s not going to make or break you. What is important, on the other hand, is that you get it in when you can. One a day is fine – the majority of the recoveries I’ve seen used topical treatments once a day. Every other day? Sure, go for it. You’re still better off than no treatment at all, and over time the results will be equal if you keep it up.
I don’t like getting people’s hopes up, but done correctly, recovery is typically quicker than people think. Thickness and density start to return rapidly, and within two weeks marked improvements are usually noticeable. Vellous hair growth alone will make your hair look significantly thicker. As for filling in complete bald spots like the temples and the crown tend to take longer, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised in the past.
On hair loss being genetic: clearly, it isn’t purely genetic, and it’s quite possible that genetics aren’t a factor at all. Studies have linked it “genetically” to a causation related to hormones, but it’s also possible that these hormones are only a factor at all due lifestyle and dietary habits. Nutrition and other lifestyle factors can be attributed to issues of poor circulation without genetics even coming into play. This poor circulation then alters the hormone concentrations locally, as discussed above in the Estrogen section.
If all balding men had hypoxia, it’s the hypoxia that caused the lack of estrogen in scalp tissues – not hormones. The hypoxia itself alters the hormone concentrations in blood in the scalp.
Now we can ask – is the hypoxia caused by genetics? Getting to this point alone leads us to believe that genes are even less of a factor, as we know how significant the effects of poor lifestyle habits are on circulation.
Baldness is much rarer, even unheard of, in areas of the population that completely abstain from westernized lifestyle and dietary choices. In pre-world war 2 Japan, hair loss was unheard of. Presently, they are 4 percent behind America in baldness percentages. Prostate cancer rates shot up in parallel. Inuits were found to lack the “balding gene”, yet currently go bald at similar rates living in modern-day Canada. Genes are not the determining factor. This is the influence of westernized lifestyle influence, and has been documented in every population group subjected to modern dietary trends.

Lastly, Ensure to follow the rest of my dietary guidelines, as that would be too big of a topic that I have discussed many times. Following what my followers call the “Camel Diet”, which is an all-around health-oriented diet. Focused on everything from inflammation to circulation, hormone balance/production and more. And also some of the things I use to suggest which I have had great results with on others, I have now replaced those certain supplements with more nutrient-rich foods. Like many of my followers have seen on my diet suggestions alone, has been enough for most anyone to fully stop balding in its tracks. It is only the regrowth which sometimes requires some heavy hitting of topical items like above.

Main factors of hair loss summary
Hair loss can be put down to a list of causes. Bad lifestyle habits, poor nutrition, lack of exercise, or all of the above compounded with stress. All of these lead to poor circulation, which then creates a whole host of effects at the scalp leading to hair loss.

The main contributing factor to hair loss, is the lack of oxygen (hypoxia). This leads to decreased estrogen in balding areas and decreased aromatase enzyme and increased 5-alpha reductase enzyme at the scalp leading to high DHT locally.

We have seen the effects of blocking DHT. It SLOWS hair loss and some get a MILD regrowth at best.

These are just some old hair pics below. Will gather others newer ones further progress of others at another time.

Why didn’t you post this in the other thread about hair you derailed?

Ya I've made a ass out of myself but posting drs notes and lab work of the diseases I've fixed for the moron claiming it's not true and when presented with this data he fully ignored it won't comment on it and keeps replying non sense. Yes I've made a ass of myself.. pretty sure the baby who won't properly debate and when presented with proof keeps dodging it. Big fucking baby. Time to grow up baby boy and stop acting like a little child.

Doctors and the people themselves but keep on hating I don't mind. Those who utilize my advice on such matters see results and those reading my free advice and will see my results is all that matters. Putting you on ignore is easier however for me since last time the idiots like yourself could only use insults to refute labor doctors and more is the big laugh. Keep being a nobody and I'll keep helping people and top athletes in this sport.

Are these topicals listed in descending order starting with the most effective? If not, could you rate them

I semi skimped on the topical portion of their importance and action.

Again the whole article as you see is semi all over the place I'll summarize it more later.

The topicals you can't compare some of them because they have very different actions some of them. But many times I write very small list for people if you are asking the least amount of items you can use.

Emu oil and Peppermint oil are the two strongest items kind of.

Camphor cost pennies there's no reason no to use it. I suspect its as strong as peppermint in circulation and blood flow myself but with other benefits. Again its so cheap no excuse to not just use it as an addition anyways.

Pumpkin seed is a strong natural anti dht but most my guys results weren't even with this in. But it's a proven strong aid.

Spironolactone here is very strong but it's a chemical and some people don't like the ideas of another chemical or drug of course. Most my guys Again didn't even use this item but it is strong and again used on whole backs of people it did not absorb systematic at all. Abit pricy is all unless you order powdwr and mix yourself which cost pennies. Just toss the powder in a very mild cream like thr avene line avene tolerance is a good example of the aveno, yes aveno not avene this one, avene oat cream is very good and mild as well.

U.S Caucasian skulls have gotten larger even within the past 200 years. Skull height has increased on average of 6.8% since the late 1800s.

perhaps, the modern world giving us access to more food, nutrition and vitamins have increased skull size and thus scalp tension rather than caused poor bloodflow.

Can’t wait until ‘Black Beard’ chimes in . . . if he does. Might not be worth his time (I suspect) though 😉

This was entertaining. I hope nobody wastes their time or money on this, time is important if you want to treat MBP as effectively as possible.

Here's a video debunking the "blood flow/circulation" theory with sources and explanation.

Well thankfully I have years of guys with picture proof of recovering their hair, the question here is do you?

Everything I've said is proven in studies. Balding me have poor circulation at the scalp. Proven. Poor circulation increases dht locally. Proven. Balding men have high dht locally Proven. Anything that increases circulation is Proven to reverse Balding.

But stay in denial and use harsh drugs that destroy bone health, oral health, brain health mean while you yourself likely have a poor head of hair and most everyone on the finasteride minox train who.has hair which is few are people who needed a hair transplant and need to stay on these drugs to maintain.

All my guys fixed the root cause for pennies and require zero maintenance.

So it's, use harsh dangerous drugs forever with on average poor results Vs utilize a simple protocol for a few months then stop forever and with better results.

Hmm ya makes sense.

Thanks for all the proof you've provided aka a video of someone on YouTube who's had a hair transplant and is in complete denial and constantly lies and has little understanding of the human body and makes claims like dht has no use in the human body when science has proven for decades its importance in the human body.

Ya good job. Love the results you post of complete regrowth btw for many users. Keep it up...

even if this worked, no one will be that meticulous for hair regrowth. better of going to turkey and get it done.
It's not meticulous at all. As I wrote at the end the biggest thing is not making it a chore.

And doing the oils before a shower even a few times a week is all that's needed. Most all of my guys did an extreme half ass approach which is less days or time then people applying minoxdil twice a day everyday.

So you read into it wrong there.

Also with a hair transplant it doesn't protect you from further damage and the transplanted hairs still go over time. It is just that they are fresh new hairs and now have to go through the process.

So again to clarify. The beginning is the most meticulous way of doing it yes.

But applying a few oils two to three times a week before a shower works almost as good as it is about consistency. Plus as I already said as well the topicals are just pushing regrowth. Fixing diet etc is the main root cause.

Every single one of my guys and I have proof of this as well, they will all tell you they see hair loss come to a complete halt within a week on average just from my diet changes.

The main point of this is the diet change to completely stop hair loss from further damage and allow regrowth to happen.

And it's the big reason why the guys on finasteride and minoxdil by the majority see little benefit because they refuse to believe life style has an impact.

I gain nothing telling people to change their diet yet people gain health and hair. Think about that.

Remember nobody screaming for Fina and minox use post pictures ever. Out of hundreds of thousands there's a handful of guys with decent or ok results at best. Everyone else is still balding.

How do you prove it’s not just in remission?
Go and message my testimonials and ask for recent lab work. I mean many my testimonials are many many years old.

On top of it again, all my health info just like hair loss has always been 100 percent free. And that's the purpose of post like such. You can find all my writing on diseaae like auto Immune diseases the fix for free.

Health issues has always been for me about spreading the word vs making money.

It cost nothing to eat differently. In fact generally it's cheaper the way I suggest to eat so it saves people money.
