Low carb bulking help appreciated!

First a little intro since I am new here (brief)

I've been on boards for 9 years, just found here and it is by FAR the best board. I am 220-225 @ 5'10 prob mid teen BF% but top heavy because of knee issues. Currently looking to finish up a long time on cycle and come off but want to hit above 230 to more like 235 so I can come off and stay 220.

After reading a ton on low carb dieting I realized that I do look better and feel better in my lower carb days and want to try an anabolic diet type routine.

Please tell me if this basic outline makes sense:

Approx 4k cals - 400g protein 250g fat

Supplemental fats would be:
4tbs Udo's blend oil, 1tbs fish oil and Coconut oil for cooking and taste

And also regular cheese, olive oil ect for fats

Protein from: Mix of ground turkey with ground beef, pork, chicken W. oil ect

PWO (3-4 days a week): 60mcg IGF and K-r-ala, 50g Waxy maize 20g BCAA
 
Looks pretty reasonable. I do get curious as to why so many bros stress over a certain body weight as opposed to a certain look about their physiques. If you were a fighter then understand weight divisions. But why not train and eat for a big, hard well balanced physique rather than worry about how much you weigh. I'm not busting balls here but if you're going to cut then do just that. Tailor your diet for the fat loss and lean mass gains or retention. organize your training for this also. What you have outlined above looks like it will do the trick. Just have to tweak it here and there to get the desired result. You may find that you will need to reduce overall calorie intake at some point, then maybe not. But overall I think you will do fine with that.
 
Thank you, I really am in awe of the knowledge here and coming from me that means a lot.

I know obsessing over wieght is bad but for the most part if you add wieght and watch you physique to make sure you dont gain too much fat then overall you will be growing. I feel like with my large mid-section and glutes I will need to wieght more to fill out my frame and thats why I want to grow. Eventually I hope to get my leg checked and hit legs hard again then who knows I could be 250-260 before my body is filled out enough.
 
low carb bulking can definatley work but a timed carb diet would be much more appropriate, protein and fat all day long except for post workout
 
Thats exactly what I would like to do, something along the lines of what Jayuk talks about. 50g or so post WO only, maybe a second small carb serving after.
