First a little intro since I am new here (brief)
I've been on boards for 9 years, just found here and it is by FAR the best board. I am 220-225 @ 5'10 prob mid teen BF% but top heavy because of knee issues. Currently looking to finish up a long time on cycle and come off but want to hit above 230 to more like 235 so I can come off and stay 220.
After reading a ton on low carb dieting I realized that I do look better and feel better in my lower carb days and want to try an anabolic diet type routine.
Please tell me if this basic outline makes sense:
Approx 4k cals - 400g protein 250g fat
Supplemental fats would be:
4tbs Udo's blend oil, 1tbs fish oil and Coconut oil for cooking and taste
And also regular cheese, olive oil ect for fats
Protein from: Mix of ground turkey with ground beef, pork, chicken W. oil ect
PWO (3-4 days a week): 60mcg IGF and K-r-ala, 50g Waxy maize 20g BCAA
