Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak

I don't mean to insult anyone from Philly, I know you take your Cheesesteak seriously, but it's the only analogy my simple little mind could muster at the time.

First of all, you need to go to your grocers bakery section and seek out Joseph's Lavash bread. It'll change your life if you're on a low carb diet. Most people have to pay for these secrets, folks. Anyway, they have a honey one that's good, as well.

That's it for the carbs, anything else only comes from the few bell peppers, mushrooms and onions you're going to use. Oh, and you'll need those. Also some beef suitable for pan frying and cut rather thin. The idea is to have the pan fairly hot, then sear the outside of your meat and veggies. Hot and fast, giggity. Simple as that, top it with whatever cheese you prefer. This is Kerry gold Dubliner. Not a great option for this meal, but shit happens. Oh, and I cheated with Green Dragon Sauce, as well. Because fuck it.

Try to put more color on your beef than I did, will ya? I had too much moisture in the pan.
