low libido towards end of cycle

I am a sustanon cycle, taking 750 mg per week, along with proviron. I have noticed as I am getting closer to finishing, that my libido has gone down. Is this normal? I thought that being on steroids would increase libido. By the way I am 54 yrs. old. I am going to check to see about hrt after finishing the cycle.
