I had to get my semen numbers up substantially 2023-2024. Started with an Azoospermia diagnosis, think my last test I was at 30M/ML. Have it posted somewhere here.

1,000HCG 3x per week
75IU HMG 3x per week

Running 200 test +300-600EQ the entire time as well.

I am currently off right now and was trying to restore things as naturally as i can i am going to get the semen test this week and go from there

Wishing you the absolute best mate! HMG made the difference for me. Ran clomiphene, ENclomiphene, bulgarian tribulus, all those random things everyone recommends with zero results. Second I added the HMG it was perfection.

Over what time frame was this? I assume you conceived in the end?

Wife and I are doing the surrogate thing - we currently have two frozen embryos awaiting implantation.

Approx 12 weeks total

I’m trying to figure out how much i should actually order for the first go around i rather order once and be done

I've been on TRT for the last 5 yrs (48yrs old) also on 400 iu HCG 2X week... MY girlfriend and I are trying to get pregnant so I had a sperm analysis done right away to see where I stood. I was at 10million/ml, motility 70%, progressive motility 44%, morphology 2%........

The doctor had me stop TRT and I'm currently on 2000iu HCG 3x week and 25mg Enclomiphene every day.

My sperm analysis 3 months later 40million/ml, motility 68%, progressive motility 63%, morphology 1%

I don't have any ED issues...just a reduced sex drive....Were currently going IVF now based on both of or ages as my girlfriend just turned 38 and we've been trying for a few months.

I started with 25mg clomid but switched to Enclomiphene because of some nasty emotional side effects from clomid.
