Been a hell of a long minute. I wont bore you with the details …

Committed to become the healthiest version of myself. heal my body from the inside out and also get the wife pregnant we are mid 30s

Been off for about 3-4 months and before that i was just taking a trt dose whenever i felt like it

My test is 204
Free test 3.6

Is there any type of test booster i can take along side a fertility protocol to get these numbers up ?

Also what is the current protocol you all are using these days the last i knew it was the palumbo protocol and Boston Lloyd

I have another 50-60 lbs to lose and I’m in the process of reversing fatty liver

Help a guy out !

I liked sigma gorulla mind,but, personally I always pct for more than 10 years now and I use hcg x 2 vials and Nolvadex and letro

I just crash the shit out of my estrogen for maybe 15 days and pin 2 vials of hcg
Hcg converts to estrogen worse than a lot of shit for me that's why I get so crazy with the letro and nolva

Thanks I’ll have to look i to it Obviously my body is not responding well to fatloss or anythign with test numbers like this there is zero sex drive Cialis doesn’t really help like it used to when i was on lol

It can take up to two years for endocrine system to bounce back. Clomid 25 mg word may help temporarily “reboot” but still will need time.
Need to get lh and fsh.

I really think a lot of ai and serm plus hcg over a short time is better than a little over a long time. And I'm not the person to advocate for big doses of gear ever just for pct.

Avanafil is better than cialis if you want to try that. Also STOP JACKING OFF

Lh and fsh test?

Lh and FSH are signals that tell you testicles to produce testosterone and sperm. They are hormones secreted by pituitary in your brain. You have to test them between 7 and 9 am.

OP- just curious. What's your regimen for revering fatty liver? Did you detect it with a FibroScan?

My test was 183 and sperm was less than 2 million. Hopped on 1,000 of hcg 3 times a week plus 50 mg Clomid daily. My test numbers never really improved but after about 2 months on that regimen i knocked her up. I also Started taking a slew of vitamins. In my opinion the biggest difference was the addition of a supplement called ejaculoid. Lol. Hope this helps.

I would take more than just 50 of clomid because 3000 a week of hcg is producing a lot of estrogen. Take clomid and an adex or letro.

Fibroscan detected stage 2 out of 5 fatty liver no chirrosis or anything slightly high alt normal
AST but we are going i the right direction

Carnivore diet No alcohol not over complicating it staying consistant

I think part of this is you need to just grind through it man. Plenty of dudes have used test on a good protocol and gotten their wives pregnant but most of the guys here (and my doctor) convinced me to just stick to the plan. I was getting desperate when I started that thread that posted...I felt like crap and we were really only a few months into trying and me coming off trt I had been on for a decade. We had one kid at 29 and were trying again at 39.

To me, HMG was the biggest difference. I had modest improvements with HCG but once I hit the HMG my count went sky high. Sex was tough, I had no drive and it was hard to get an erection (no pun intended), but stick to the plan and it will work assuming you had no previous issues it's really just a matter of time.

Update guys got some numbers back I’ve been taking Nova 20mg for a week but thats about it

For a gyno flare up Not sure why I’m having gyno issues if i haven’t been on in a while or anything

What do you guys think Estrogen is in range on this blood work as well
