Yes still dosing at 40 mg/ day though the temptation to bump it to 50 is strong.

End of week 2. Week 1 was 20 mg split, Week 2 was 30 mg split 3X.

Total weight gain: 6 lbs

Strength: Increased

Pumps: 24/ 7

Muscles: fuller with increased vascularity

Negative side effects: only heartburn treated successfully with Nexium

Lethargy: none

Plan:
1. will increase dosage to 40 mg every 6 or so hours
2. will increase calories by 500 per day
3. will increase protein intake by 60 mg to a total of 300 mg per day

Overall satisfaction: feel GREAT, pumped all day, disappointed I haven't gained more weight yet but hopefully increased protein, calories and increasing dosage to 40 mg per day will make the difference.

Carbs. If you wanna add weight with superdrol up your carbs. Superdrol will thrive onThem. Other wise your first 2 weeks is normally where you see the bulk of your weight gain. But just because the weigh stop doesnt stop the strength and recomp effect it has. You will probable lose 1-3%fat. And some water also. so take that into account when you look at your weight. Youve probable added more muscle tissue than you realize.

Do you believe youve dropped some water and do you believe you dropped any fat?
Im only asking because you are saying your becoming more vascular.

Fat or Water Loss

I've definitely dropped something as I had to change to a tighter belt loop as my pants were slipping down my hips. My guess is change in fat but water loss could be a factor. Vascularity has definitely improved though I wouldn't say it is a dramatic change.

Completion of LOG 6 week update

Hi guys, I did the last 3 weeks at 40 mg per day split up every 6 hours more or less. I AM DEFINITELY BIGGER!!!


TOTAL WEIGHT GAIN: 14 lbs (not bad for a 62 year old)

INCREASED STRENGTH

INCREASED VASCULARITY (not really noticeable in the poor photos)

NO LETHARGY

MINIMUM TO NO WATER WEIGHT GAIN

SOME FAT GAIN

Thanks for the update lucky. Increase in size, strength, weight and vascularity is hard to beat. What surprises me is the lack of lethargy. That's great but most users of superdrol really struggle with that.

Back in the day when you ran superdrol, do you remember it making you lethargic or have you always been able to do well on it?

It's been quite a while since I last ran some "real" stuff but from what I remember it made me feel "bad" as in awful but not lethargic. I actually felt great on your stuff, SUPER PUMPED 24/ 7. Thanks again for the opportunity.
