Lump, Gyno??!!!

I was examining my chest today. Have been off cycle for quite some time, 1 year but am gyno paranoid. I have had my estro levels check every few months just to make sre im good. My estro are below the norm level last time I checked. Well, I was feeling around, on my right pec, slighty above the right nipple, there is a good size lump/mass. I have had no crazy sensitivity or real over the top itchy nipples, could this be gyno? I still run 10mg Aromasin off cycle just to keep estro under control!!!! So what could it be besides gyno, anything???

It seems like I can move the lump around a little, just up and down but thats it, I dont know if you can do that w/ gyno or not.

Any help please..

FYI - My first real gyno surfaced when my estro was within range (after 2 weeks of Epidriol).
My prolactin was also within range, if not a bit low.

Gyno can be really strange sometimes and unless you find a real expert you will likely need to fight it on your own.
I find that especially when off-cycle Tamoxifen performs the best at shrinking the mass.

most likely gyno, could be a fatty cyst though less likely given area.

you can have ZERO SENSITIVITY or ITCHYNESS and still have full blown gynecomastia. Just like some women have sensitive breasts and others do not.

because thats pretty much nonsense.... now if you have inflammation and swelling, nolva can reduce that (which give people the MISTAKEN impression that its "gotten rid of the gyno"... not at all the case... its just reversed the estrogen and/or igf driven inflammatory response)

several possibilities including methyl-3-beta estrogens from epidrol... which would not show up on an E assay. PRL is low when its under 2... anything over 10 is VERY HIGH (problematic high). just for reference, since the range is up to 17--- that range is based on disease state reference points... as most ranges are.
