Anyone ever hear of this? I have had 2 sessions so far. If you haven't heard of it then Google it and check it out. They use it a lot on horses. I would like to hear some views on it.
I looked it up. Seems like something that supposedly helps with recovery like massage, cryotherapy, Epsom salt bath, sauna etc. No idea if any of them actually help but I use Many. I think though at the end of the day sleep and nutrition are the main two. But always interested in learning more about advanced recovery technique.
Not sure what to think. If it doesn't cost you much, I say go for it and if it works for you then keep doing it as needed.
It doesn't sound dangerous so worth a shot if other methods are not working.
I'm gonna start doing 2 sessions a week. The lady who does it needed a training plan and diet. So we just traded. So it's nothing more then my time. Figured it's a worth a try. I will keep you guys updated if it works.
