I'm curious as to how long the body takes to normalize after a cycle. I'd love to keep all the strength I added over the last 2.5 months, but I know that realisitcally I will experience a (hopefully) slight decline as I go through PCT, and I'm curious as to when I'll be back to moving in a positive direction. More specificcally, I took Var and Winny while cutting up with T3 and clen, and though my bodyweight is down 4lbs, I added a few pounds to my lifts.
What have your experiences been with maintaining progress made on a cycle? Is it unrealistic to think that my strength won't drop much, as long as I keep my diet in check?
