well i made a mistake the last 24 hours that flattened me out. but im still happy with how i looked. i made progress from last year and thats what counts. i got 4th in a stacked ass class. these guys were lil tanks and everone was in shape.

sessumaru, blenderate, blenderina, ken64 and ms. ken64, fa seeshus, for comming out to the show.

all in all it was a great experience,

doubler1964 is really tight w kevin levrone. kevin came to his hotel room and gave him a few tricks friday night and brought him in shredded and full. he pretty much was the most condititoned guy in the show. kevin is one cool kat and it was great to hang with him, real down to earth guy. and he isnt that small guys. he has to be about 200-210lb, as i am 197 in the pics.

friday night....

well up to friday i was drinking 2 gallons of water a day and keeping the sodium in. as soon as i cut it sat........flat as a pancake. here is a pic from the night before w water and sodium. much dryer......go figure.
went and ate some high saly foods today and boom, dryer, fuller, and veiny everywhere....
oh well you live and learn.

Jerry, no offense......Please....fron your pics a few weks out you were no where ready for a show. You were holding fat on your back and legs......you needed to lose 20 more pounds....I am serious man....Just telling you like I see it.

no offense taken. i appreciat the honesty.i know i wanst ready. i know i can be better. i just need a better plan of attack. i was so strict not even cheating once on my diet, 60min twice a day cardio, plus my wt workouts. things just didnt go the way i wanted. i could not train heavy and may not be able to again with brusitus in my shoulder which hurts very badly. now i have to rest my forearm tear and move on from there, all in all it was a great experince and im glad lkg and i did the show together.

thanks for the kind words. yeah i hung out w rob quite a bit. he did place but im not sure. e was in the light heavywt eastcoast classic. he is a real nice guy. i met him at a show in jersy last year and hadnt see him again till yesterday. he lives near us. there was a lota team kreider shirts in the crowd.

with out lucian i never could done the show he was my support he was always in my corner keep pushing me go ahead when i want to stop . always looking out for me we did are best we both place we want to win it all but did not happin but i feel we where big winners . we had the best time of are life cant wait till we do it all agian . iam soo proud of lgk she look soo good wow just great job way go girl we all soo proud of you . god bless every body for they support.
