Just finished mini cut 6 weeks

190 5.5%bf calipers 5'5 < with my nike shocks
Aas
1750 test
700 deca
700 primo
1050 tren a
75 mg dbol inj (muscle trained am- that will be focus muscle of day)
350 mast (primarily for SGBH)
20mg cialis x 2 am/pm
12.5mg aromasin
10iux 2 log am pre training (pm post w/ 10iu Gh)

Training 3-4 exercises per main muscle group (back, chest, quads, sh, bi,tris)
2-3 exercises per small muscle group ( traps, hams, calves, inner outer thighs)

3-4 sets only last set is to muscle failure , occasionally do higher rep stuff for quads 15-20 , and drop sets for bis

6days weights am/pm split 1 day cardio

Diet: 400-500 protein/ carbs will determine what I feel is right 400-500 to start / about 50-75 grams of fat

Food sources : fruit, fruit juice, eggwhites, turkey, chicken, rice, veggies, ezekial or oat flour bread.

You will certainly get a lot of muscle growth...now sure heart growth may not be overly desired by you but rest assured that will grow rapidly also;)

thanks (mutant) I have followed alot of your posts you have built an incredible physique.. congrats on going clean

I am well aware of potential risks. I do not want to be a massive guy for my entire life but I know later on if I didnt take a shot now I would regret it. I am just going to take it one step at a time. I have a knowledgeable guy in my corner who is no longer in the game and knows my aas history. But I still like to get other inputs. Personally I have never faired well with testosterone but my collegaue has said that gh slin and test have a great synergy and I must take full advantage.

I am not dead set on wanting to compete because I am shy however I would like to be as big as I can and then do a contest diet and maybe a photo shoot so I can have it in my house and in my memories forever. Then just train because I love it and maybe incorporate more anaerobic training
 
That's a heavy stack but you're also friggin huge so good luck and keep us posted

I do honestly think that cycle is insane and will set you up for serious health issues. It looks like you're simply taking as many drugs in ultra high doses. I mean isn't that like 25ml per week or some thing crazy where are you going to put all that shit you will gain 10lb from the oil weight alone:D

unfortunately I have had sleeping issues since I can remember, always alot on my mind and not enough time in the day to get it done. I have never been able to truly sit down and relax. I am always moving or trying to get stuff done. Since I started using marijuana for (other purposes i mentioned in my introduction thread) it has actually helped with all of the above issues I stated. Which is another reason which is hard for me to go cold turkey.

I am simply following orders if I could have my way I would drop test or iliminate it and up my deca and mast ...

what would you change although I know everyone responds differently to compounds it seems.
 
I would drop down to a hrt dose for a few months and then get health checked out fully. In the mean time I would eat at maintance...you wont lose muscle on a hrt dose over the course of a few months...look a bit flatter sure but no real muscle loss. Then once you have a solid "natural" base again I would increase and add things in step by step based on your results.

P.S. I would also get a new trainer/coach!!!!

drop your test

start insulin 10iu breakfast / 10iu post workout with gh 10iu

test 500
deca 900
eq 900

dbol/adrol pre workout

when gains stop add 10iu slin to another meal keep repeating when gains stall. If you have no more room for slin at meals add 50iu lantus

I will keep name anonymous but seems like a regiment for fat gains LOL

I thought the best time to push was after a cut? I dont know as much as many people here but I do consider my self somewhat knowledgable.

I will pm you with some thoughts as I dont want to break rules I am just starting out here and there is lots of old threads I still would like to read

I guess you missed my first thread. I have visited my dad in prison from the age of 6 -16-17 after that I could not stand to go back because the person I knew was not there. It was like he left and went somewhere else and the person I was talking to was a stranger. Do you know what that is like. Im sure you do not and hope you dont ever. I have never been arrested or done any crimes and if I ever did I would kill my self because the last place I ever want to end up is in jail and end up like my dad.

Crop your head, and cover any tattoos that could give away who you are. Take a picture in your home so no one recognizes the gym you train in.

What have your total Mgs been for past cycles?

You're looking at like 5g gear, 20iu slin, and 10iu GH. That is a very hefty dose, even if you are 5'5 190 and 5% bodyfat.

Have you ran gear like this before? (This high)

So if he has an impressive physique in your eyes its cool to use 5 grams but if he doesn't look great in your eyes than it's not a good idea:rolleyes:
 
Shocks add a couple inches. 5'2" ish 190 at 5% is impressive my friend. Seems like an appropriate dose for a man of ur size. Get it done.
