Here is what we did last week...

Thursday we added 50 grams of carbs - kept water and salt up
Friday we added another 50 grams of carbs and kept water and salt up - shut off water at midnight
Saturday morning - Breakfast scrambeld eggs toast and a coffee, no water, and then he was a tad flat so we added sea salt to next meal....filled out perfect and glutes were bone dry..no diuretics..!

This was a great issue. The article on epigenetics was my favorite. But I am biased. I love epigenetics and the all the fun they hold. The animal muscle building also very interesting though it made me want to workout more which is a bad thing as most would say I do too much already.

Pumped for the next months as always.
