My arms were 20in my tris do need work. I dieted down for a show and was down to 225 on stage. It was a typo 260 last year

I was sick this year with a lung virus so I lost a lot of size. I am back training hard again and eating a lot of red meat. I am like 240 right now but lost a lot of mass. I am going to get back up in the 260 range soon . I was the most 299 at the Arnold talking to Dave Palumbo what shit head he is. I was bigger than he was and felt like shit. I was always out of breath and felt slow. Lol. I want keep lean but not to lean. Back to jungle I go!!

if I had to guess he posted the pic saying he was 280 but really he knows he wasn't 280. I think he wanted to see if people thought he looked 280 but did it in a sneaky way. that's a guess of mine though
