ME at age 19

Some pics from when i last competed at age 19 @ 178lbs. Only had 8 weeks to prep for the comp, i still ended up taking my class. Have not made up my mind on which comp i want to compete in next. Im now 21 years old and around 230lbs.

I think that's a great idea! I wish that ther would have been a promuscle board with all these gurus, when I was 20years old. The best thing about hiring someone from this site is that once you gain all the knowledge they give to you, it's yours to keep forever.
