I was a heavy & needed 2 more weeks for the show but I didn't anyway.
Winner was peeled like a anatomy chat at 235lbs. I the first pics I at 220 on Thurs before after tanning. I had no diuretics but i know it would not matter that much. Now its time to rest & grow in my weak points. Second set was after eating all night & scrubbing that tanning crap off.

With such a GREAT shape/symmetry I agree your placing would have been higher had you been a tad bit leaner... but hey, it's not like you didn't know it!

I missed you there. But I remember seeing you backstage. You had a ton of size, but that class was pretty much all shredded dudes. Ryan (SHW + Overall) was 236 at weigh ins, and peeled.

That was Clearwater beach back in Tampa, thats where I am from & live in Ga. now. I did the show for family because my dad was not able to see the last. The funny thing about my oldest is, he asked where my trophy was & i said he was my trophy & now he is telling everybody my daddy is off the diet & we will be able to eat ice cream....

Thanx for the kind words guys, Shelby no more for this year but I think with some good work Next year will be better.

Congrats on your work...that's a big show too. Good development, keep improving and you will be rewarded. My first real workout partner won that show back in a think 89', he taught me about not just weights but life, I was 18 young and dumb then. Your thread made me think about him.
