Now that the ball is rolling, I'm beginning to get interested in tracking progress with measurements. Funny thing is that I'm not totally sure where on each muscle to take them. I was doing high pulls earlier this year and saw that my neck was getting thicker but was unsure where the tape went. Over, under, on the adams apple? When doing forearm, is the arm straight or at a right angle? When doing torso, at or above nipples? If anyone can put it all out for those of us who are new to measuring ourselves, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
